If you would like to join our fun and creative classes, please call the instructor, Barbara Provest. She will give you inspiration and discuss plans for purchase of warp and weft for what you would like to design and weave. This is the perfect class to brush up on your weaving skills, pick up new techniques, and let your creative side shine. You can get more ideas from books and magazines in our extensive WGB library and especially from our November sale in Weston. We are suggesting the book, “Learning to Weave” by Deborah Chandler to go along with your classes. If you buy only one weaving book, this is the one to start with as it has been rewritten so many times it is nearly perfect. You can borrow it from our library, if you are a member. |

The instruction fee is $21.50 per afternoon for members; $25.00 per afternoon for non-members. Pay by check made out to the Weavers Guild of Boston at the start of each session. Everyone who does not bring a loom will use a guild table loom in class. Members taking the class may rent a table loom to take home. A WGB contract and deposit via MasterCard or Visa account slip will have to be filled out and signed. If the loom is returned in original condition, the charge slip will be returned to you. |
